  • Registration fee payment should be made after the abstract has been submitted and accepted according to the seminar criteria.<\/h5><\/li>
  • Payment instructions will be provided via email after the abstract review process is completed.<\/h5><\/li>
  • If the full paper is rejected by the seminar scientific committee, the publication fee (if applicable) will be refunded according to the applicable policy.<\/h5><\/li>
  • If the full paper is rejected by the publisher, the seminar registration fee will not be refunded.<\/h5><\/li>
  • If accepted for publication in a journal, an additional publication fee may be charged according to the policy and requirements of the respective journal.<\/h5><\/li>
  • Registration fees for presenters are non-refundable.<\/h5><\/li><\/ul>
