The International Seminar is expected to host participants, including presenters and non-presenter participants from academia, research institutions, industry, government agencies, and international organizations.

Notes

• Registration fee payment should be made after the abstract has been submitted and accepted according to the seminar criteria.

• Payment instructions will be provided via email after the abstract review process is completed.

• If the full paper is rejected by the seminar scientific committee, the publication fee (if applicable) will be refunded according to the applicable policy.

• If the full paper is rejected by the publisher, the seminar registration fee will not be refunded.

• If accepted for publication in a journal, an additional publication fee may be charged according to the policy and requirements of the respective journal.

• Registration fees for presenters are non-refundable.
