Author Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit their abstracts for consideration in this international seminar. All submitted abstracts will undergo an initial evaluation by the editor to determine whether they meet the conference scope, topics, and submission requirements. Abstracts that are relevant to the conference scope, follow the required format, and meet the expected academic standards will be selected and invited to proceed with the next stage of the submission process by submitting the full paper.
Abstracts that do not align with the conference scope and topics, do not follow the required abstract format, or do not meet the minimum submission requirements may be rejected during the initial screening process. Authors are encouraged to carefully prepare their abstracts by clearly presenting the research objectives, methodology, key findings, and expected contributions.
After receiving an invitation for full paper submission, authors must prepare their manuscripts according to the provided full paper template and full paper preparation guidelines. Authors are required to use the official template to ensure consistency throughout the journal publication. The full paper should be written in English and must follow the specified formatting requirements, including title format, author information, abstract structure, section organization, figures, tables, equations, and reference style.
Before preparing the full paper, authors are recommended to review the manuscript template carefully and ensure that the submitted work complies with all formatting and publication requirements.
