Poster Presentation General Instructions:

  • The recommended poster size is A1 (± 60 cm × ± 84 cm) in portrait format. The height may be extended up to 90 cm, if necessary.
  • Posters must be prepared as a single-panel presentation.
  • The title, authors’ names, and affiliations must be identical to those provided in the accepted abstract and should appear prominently at the top of the poster.
  • Highlight the authors’ names and contact information in case the viewer is interested in more information.
  • The poster should be organized in a clear vertical layout, allowing readers to follow the content easily from top to bottom.
  • The content should be well-structured, concise, and self-explanatory.
  • Use figures, tables, graphs, and images where appropriate to enhance understanding. Ensure that all visuals are of high resolution and properly label.
  • Text and graphics should be large enough to be easily read from a distance of approximately one meter.
  • Use clear, high-contrast colours and avoid excessive text. Bullet points and diagrams are encouraged to improve readability.
  • The poster should be organized into appropriate sections, such as Introduction, Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgments, and References, as applicable to the presented work.
  • Poster presenters must first submit an abstract following the same submission procedure and deadlines as oral presentations. Only accepted abstracts are eligible for poster presentation.
  • Presenters must bring and display their printed poster on the assigned poster board before the scheduled poster session on the conference day.
